OSPICA / WIKI

Ospica documentation

Approval, simulation, and validation of actions.

Remediation governance

Ospica separates finding a problem, proposing an action, and deciding to execute it. A finding may require investigation without qualifying for automation.

  1. Review the root cause candidate and proposed plan with its evidence.
  2. Record scope, prerequisites, and risks in your change process.
  3. Use the approval step before any eligible operation.
  4. Run a simulation where supported and inspect the result.
  5. After intervention, validate the effect with a new assessment and history.

An in-product simulation or approval does not replace your operational controls. Validation views help preserve the observed outcome. A score alone does not prove an incident is resolved: inspect the affected findings again.
