Getting started
Ospica runs on a Windows machine with access to your MECM environment. The desktop interface communicates with a local service that performs analyses and keeps history. Prepare read access to the required MECM sources before running a scan.
Recommended path
- Install Ospica and confirm that its local service is running.
- Open Settings and configure the MECM connection.
- Check access to SQL and SMS Provider as required by your modules.
- Start a manual scan and inspect each module’s execution state and findings.
- With a full license, explore infrastructure, root causes, history, and reports.
The local trial starts at first initialization. It lasts 14 days and allows up to three manual scans of three basic modules. During installer distribution preparation, contact contact@ospica.com for an evaluation package.
Analysis data and history stay in the local Ospica database. The commercial site handles orders and license files; it does not receive your MECM infrastructure data.
